Both DJ & Dottie have been actively involved in ministry together since 1999. Together they have served in numerous ministry assignments which include pastoring children and youth, marketplace ministry, Christian radio, ministry consulting, itinerant ministry, and church planting. DJ and Dottie's leadership style is empowering, practical, fun, and very contagious. They have a passion for discipling people, planting churches, and enjoying life with family and friends. DJ & Dottie don't care to be known for their many accomplishments and fancy bios but rather for being pastors who are authentic, reachable, and approachable. DJ & Dottie reside in Lake Stevens, WA with their three children and have been happily married for 17 years.
